REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with your purchase please be in touch within 5 days after receiving your item. I will work with you to find a solution to any problem you have with your purchase. Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Because most items are made to order, I cannot offer refunds except in cases where the item is damaged in some way due to an error on our part.
If you have any questions about the items you see (size, color, finish, etc.) just get in touch, we will respond as quickly as possible and not longer than 1-2 business days.
Items are packed well and shipped with care. In the event that an item is damaged during transit it will be replaced as fast as possible with no charge to you. Most items are made to order and will be shipped approximately 7-10 business days after your order is placed and payment is received (unless otherwise noted). Shipping is via FedEx or USPS ground services. Expedited shipping can be arranged if needed, please contact us for a quote on the additional costs for rush delivery. Any listed domestic (United States) shipping prices are for items shipped within the lower 48 states- shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can be subject to additional charges. I can ship anywhere so please inquire about international shipping rates.
Your item will ship within the time specified after your payment is received, usually about 5-7 days. If you need to cancel your order let us know within 1 day.
